Hanson's Auto & Implement, in Grafton, has immediate Full Time openings for a GM Car Service Technician and an Ag Parts Counter Person. Experience is preferred, but will train the right candidates.


The GM Car Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining General Motors (GM) vehicles according to manufacturer standards. This role ensures vehicles are serviced promptly, efficiently, and with a high level of expertise to guarantee customer satisfaction and vehicle performance.


Skilled preferred:
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in using GM-certified diagnostic tools.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
* Effective communication and customer service skills.

The Ag Parts Counter person will assist walk-in and phone-in customers with parts inquiries, pricing and availability. Great customer skills and familiarity with ag equipment is a plus. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping farmers, technicians, and team members find the right parts quickly and efficiently.
