Associate Attorney Associate Attorney

Position Overview
The Associate Attorney will support senior attorneys in various legal matters, with a focus on transactional law, litigation, estate planning, and workers' compensation. This role provides an opportunity for professional growth and development in a collaborative legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation
• Participate in client meetings and provide legal counsel under supervision
• Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials
• Assist in estate planning by drafting wills and trusts
• Support litigation efforts by gathering evidence and preparing case files
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on corporate counsel matters

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
• 1-3 years of experience in transactional law, litigation, or estate planning
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in legal research software and tools
