Salary: $64k-$172K

Our base pay is relatively competitive, however our incentives based on making easily measurable work goals bring the base pay up substantially.

Job description, responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing pre-suit files, drafting/reviewing initial pleadings (complaints, summons, initial discovery requests);
2. Ensuring perfection of services;
3. Ensuring Offers of Settlement are done timely;
4. Drafting/reviewing Unliquidated Damages Demands;
5. Propounding and responding to written discovery and resolving discovery disputes;
6. Ensuring Depositions are scheduled in a timely manner;
7. Conducting/defending depositions;
8. Setting up litigated cases and motioning for attorneys fees pursuant to:

a. O.C.G.A. 9-15-14;

b. O.C.G.A. 13-6-11;

c. O.C.G.A. 9-11-68;

d. O.C.G.A. 33-4-6;

e. O.C.G.A. 33-4-7;

9. Negotiating and resolving litigated cases;

10. Mediations;

11. Motion practice;

12. Trials and trial preparation;

13. System creation

This is an in-office position from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with 1 hour lunch break from Monday to Friday.

Base Pay: $68,200.00 $128,600.00 (varies depending on grade).

Benefits:

2. The Monthly Attendance Incentive Pay split of $1,000.00 amongst all those who have perfect attendance.

3. The Monthly Google Review Challenge ranging of either $20.00, $40.00, $60.00, $80.00 or $100.00.

4. There are 10 days of pre-set Holidays.

5. The firm will reimburse you for mileage when traveling for work purpose projects.

6. The monthly incentive $0 - $2,250.50, depending on litigation performance and grade.

Location: Norcross, Riverdale, Athens, and Conyers.
