Represent the company professionally by attending and scheduling client meetings. Uphold a positive brand image with customers, employees, and the public. Supervise hiring processes, ensuring alignment with company policies. Authorize purchases and approve bids in accordance with contract and procurement guidelines. Monitor and enforce company policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes fairly and consistently. Maintain a safe, high-morale workplace that encourages productivity and efficiency. Oversee document control systems, workflow processes, and record-keeping within the region. Collaborate closely with the Regional Director to address challenges, identify improvement areas, and achieve strategic goals. Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational success. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in the Construction Industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal abilities. Solid understanding of business math and financial concepts. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
