We are a growing security installation company specializing in CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to help keep our projects and office operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoicing, billing, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations in QuickBooks.
  • Schedule installations and service calls; coordinate meetings using Outlook/Teams.
  • Handle customer inquiries and vendor communications.
  • Maintain employee records, timesheets, and payroll.
  • Order supplies/equipment and prepare project documentation/contracts.
  • Perform general office tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Previous administrative/accounting experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with the security systems or data cabling industry a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
