Summary/Objective

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various accounting and clerical tasks to support the Accounting team and the financial operations of the organization.

Essential Functions

  • Enter financial transactions into the accounting system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Process invoices, verify discrepancies, and prepare payment to vendors.
  • Compare financial data in the accounting system to bank statements and other records to ensure accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain financial records and files.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  • Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
  • Provide documentation and support to auditors during financial audits.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Perform other reasonably related duties as may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
