Job Title: Accounting Clerk

This is a fully onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity offering hands-on experience in both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in growing their career in accounting.
Key Responsibilities:Process and enter invoices for Accounts Payable.
Assist with Accounts Receivable, including applying payments and following up on outstanding balances.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close activities.
Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
Provide general accounting support to the finance team.
Entry-level;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work fully onsite in Richmond.
