Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking Registered Nurses to work in a 1:1 private duty home care setting.
Qualifications/Education:
At least 6 months of nursing experience
NYS RN license and registration
BLS from American Heart Association
Physical, QuantiFERON within a year
MMR Titers within 5 years
Malpractice Insurance
NPI #
Responsibilities:
Perform patient care duties and treatments as per care plan
Provide health promotion, counseling, and education
Administer medications and other personalized interventions
Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.
Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
Additional responsibilities as required
